You’re once again invited to our Kia Ora Shorts film screening evenings to experience Te Ao Mai Nga Whatu Māori, the world through a Māori lens. Showing a selection of short films from filmmakers of Aotearoa, each story will take you through a rich and soulful journey to offer a nuanced connection with the world we all share.
The evening is curated by Leo Koziol (Ngāti Rakaipaaka, Ngāti Kahungunu) who is the founder and director of Wairoa Māori Film Festival, and co-curator of Ngā Whanaunga Shorts at the Whānau Mārama NZ International Film Festival.
Refreshments available including seafood chowder and fresh frybread!
Doors open at 6:30pm, first film starts at 7pm.

- Cancellation by Corban Estate Arts Centre entitles the participant to a FULL REFUND.
- Cancellation by participant up until 7 days before the workshop commences results in a transfer where possible OR full credit to be used within 6 months of cancellation date OR a full refund MINUS a 10% admin & booking fee.
- Cancellation by participant within 7 days of the workshop commencement date results in a transfer where possible OR full credit to be used within 6 months of cancellation date OR a full refund MINUS a 30% admin & booking fee.
- Cancellation by participant on or after the workshop commencement date results in NO refund given.

- A deposit is required to secure your place and payment must be made in full to confirm your booking. Part Payment options are available at time of booking.
- Cancellation by Corban Estate Arts Centre entitles the participant to a FULL REFUND.
- Cancellation by participant up until 10 days before the workshop commences results in a full refund of amount paid MINUS a 10% admin & booking fee.
- Cancellation by participant within 10 days or on or after the workshop commencement date results in NO refund given. You may nominate someone else to take your place before the class starts.
