This six-week experimental and engaging life drawing course allows us to explore the human form in all its permutations. Through teaching methodologies which focus on creative spontaneity and free expression, students are encouraged to connect with the energy of the subject in a non-analytical way.
This often entails working at speed to disengage with the intellect and our tendency to anticipate an outcome. Classes focus on mark-making, gestural and contour drawing, tonality and form, negative space, foreshortening and portraiture, and are ideal for both beginners or advanced students.

- A deposit is required to secure your place and payment must be made in full to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation by Corban Estate Arts Centre entitles the participant to a FULL REFUND.
- Cancellation by participant up until 7 days before the workshop commences results in a transfer where possible OR full credit to be used within 6 months of cancellation date OR a full refund MINUS a 10% admin & booking fee.
- Cancellation by participant within 7 days of the workshop commencement date results in a transfer where possible OR full credit to be used within 6 months of cancellation date OR a full refund MINUS a 30% admin & booking fee.
- Cancellation by participant on or after the workshop commencement date results in NO refund given.

- A deposit is required to secure your place and payment must be made in full to confirm your booking. Part Payment options are available at time of booking.
- Cancellation by Corban Estate Arts Centre entitles the participant to a FULL REFUND.
- Cancellation by participant up until 10 days before the workshop commences results in a full refund of amount paid MINUS a 10% admin & booking fee.
- Cancellation by participant within 10 days or on or after the workshop commencement date results in NO refund given. You may nominate someone else to take your place before the class starts.
