Spend two meditative Saturday mornings with Lina Castro, where you will enjoy designing and painting a mixed-medium work. Using both acrylic and fabric paint, 

Lina will guide you in creating a composition ready to be complemented with embroidery embellishment. You will learn three basic stitches and methods for incorporating these into your tactile work of art.

We’re home to artist studios, our very own cafe, art classes for adults, youth and children, and an ever-changing programme of exhibitions and events.

Set within park-like grounds amongst historic winery buildings. Open Monday to Saturday, entry is free, everybody’s welcome.

Love the art and embroidery workshop led by passionate Lina. The workshop is smartly structured, so you learn up to 5 basic stitches that you will use to make your own mixed media small artwork with feeling no pressure but rather with support and awesome flow. Great energy at the class, making the art of embroidery accessible to any level. Also useful tips and inspiring ideas overall.

  • A deposit is required to secure your place and payment must be made in full to confirm your booking.
  • Cancellation by Corban Estate Arts Centre entitles the participant to a FULL REFUND.
  • Cancellation by participant up until 7 days before the workshop commences results in a transfer where possible OR full credit to be used within 6 months of cancellation date OR a full refund MINUS a 10% admin & booking fee.
  • Cancellation by participant within 7 days of the workshop commencement date results in a transfer where possible OR full credit to be used within 6 months of cancellation date OR a full refund MINUS a 30% admin & booking fee.
  • Cancellation by participant on or after the workshop commencement date results in NO refund given.

  • A deposit is required to secure your place and payment must be made in full to confirm your booking. Part Payment options are available at time of booking.
  • Cancellation by Corban Estate Arts Centre entitles the participant to a FULL REFUND.
  • Cancellation by participant up until 10 days before the workshop commences results in a full refund of amount paid MINUS a 10% admin & booking fee.
  • Cancellation by participant within 10 days or on or after the workshop commencement date results in NO refund given. You may nominate someone else to take your place before the class starts.
